Something's wrong with Dimitri
I originally thought it might be a backslide but I saw something weird. His eyes glowed.

He's still been returning to his dorm room most nights. Seeing as I'm borrowing Sylvain's for the time being, I've got a pretty good vantage point.

Hard to follow him covertly in stone halls, not that that's stopped me from trying.
